Japan DMC for Vietnam
Visa-savvy FIT and group programming with net rates for Vietnamese agencies, where 8 in 10 clients are first-time visitors.
How the Vietnam market sells Japan
A young, fast-growing and overwhelmingly first-time market - roughly 80% of Vietnamese visitors are on their first trip to Japan, which puts the classic Tokyo-Fuji-Nagoya-Kyoto-Osaka circuit at the centre of most itineraries. Spending per visitor is rising quickly, and demand spans both budget group tours and increasingly premium FIT requests.
Summer school holidays are the single biggest driver, supported by a weaker yen and expanding flight capacity - new routes into Shizuoka and additional Hokkaido charters have opened up itineraries beyond the traditional circuit.
Direct service from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City into Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Sapporo on Vietnam Airlines, ANA and JAL, with new and expanding routes adding capacity through 2026.
Visa documentation handled correctly and on time - Vietnam is a visa-required market, and Japan's July 2026 visa-fee increase makes accurate, early paperwork more important than ever - alongside confident first-timer programming built around the classic circuit done well.
How Vietnamese agencies work with us
Send the brief. Client profile, dates, budget and must-haves. We reply with a complimentary first quotation, valid for 4 days from issue.
Confirm and contract. A USD 100 contract fee secures the booking and is fully credited against your final invoice.
Documentation. Passport copy, flight and hotel details - plus a visa copy or tax number only where required for your client’s nationality.
Pay in stages. 30% deposit within 3 working days of confirmation, balance due 45 days before departure.
We run it on the ground. 24/7 operations across Japan for the full itinerary, with a named point of contact for you throughout - never your client directly.
