Partner policy
The commercial terms we work to with every agency — in plain language, before you commit a client.
Quotations
Every brief receives a response within 24 hours. Your first quotation is complimentary and valid for 4 days from issue. All rates are net and non-commissionable.
Confirmation & contract
A USD 100 contract fee secures the booking and is fully credited against your final invoice.
Payment schedule
30% deposit within 3 working days of confirmation; balance due 45 days before departure. We settle in JPY, USD or NZD by bank transfer, or via Wise.
Group FOC allocation
1 complimentary place per 20 paying adults, 2 per 40, on land arrangements.
Cancellation
45 days or more before travel: 20% of total tour cost. 22–44 days: 50%. 21 days or fewer: 100%. Individual supplier terms (peak-season ryokan, chartered vehicles, event tickets) may carry stricter conditions, always disclosed at quotation stage.
Client contact
We are B2B only. We never contact your client directly, and all documentation is issued under your agency's branding.
