Japan DMC for Thailand
Luxury FIT programming and net rates for Thai agencies, quoted for a market moving fast toward high-end ryokan stays.
How the Thailand market sells Japan
Thailand's growing middle and upper-middle class is drawn increasingly to Japan's luxury offerings - high-end ryokan, chef-table dining and exclusive experiences alongside the classic city circuit. Repeat visitation is common, with clients pushing into regional Japan on later trips.
Cherry blossom season (late March-April) draws strong demand, overlapping with Thai New Year (Songkran) in mid-April - a natural travel window. Winter (December-February) adds a snow-and-illumination secondary peak.
Direct nonstop service from Bangkok into Narita, Haneda and Kansai on Thai Airways, ANA and JAL, with onward domestic connections for multi-city itineraries.
Depth of luxury product - premium ryokan, private dining and access beyond the standard circuit - plus fast, clear communication for a market that increasingly books repeat, more adventurous itineraries.

How fast do you respond to a brief from a Thai agency?
Within 24 hours, every time. Your first enquiry receives a complimentary quotation valid for 4 days from issue, prepared by our Japan-based team.
What currency do you invoice Thai agencies in?
All rates are quoted net and non-commissionable. We settle in JPY or USD by bank transfer or Wise - whichever is easiest on your end.

Both. Group bookings qualify for our FOC allocation - 1 complimentary place per 20 paying adults, 2 per 40 - on land arrangements.
Can you build luxury programming beyond the standard circuit?
Yes - premium ryokan, private chef-table dining and off-the-beaten-path access are frequent requests from this market, and we build around them as standard.
