Japan DMC for India
Vegetarian and Jain dining built into every quote, with net rates and group FOC allocations for Indian agencies.
How the India market sells Japan
Multi-generational family groups and incentive movements dominate, alongside a fast-growing honeymoon segment. Itineraries centre on the Golden Route with Mt Fuji, with strong demand for Indian-cuisine dinners at least every second night.
Cherry blossom (late March–April) and the October–November Diwali holiday window are the two heaviest periods, with summer school holidays (May–June) driving family departures.
Nonstop service from Delhi and Mumbai to Tokyo on Air India, ANA and JAL, with one-stop connections from Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad via Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong.
Dietary certainty above everything. Jain, strict vegetarian and no-beef requirements must be locked with named restaurants at quote stage — not 'arranged locally' after arrival. We maintain a vetted list of Indian, Jain-capable and pure-veg restaurants in every major city we route.
How Indian agencies work with us
Send the brief. Group size, dates, budget per pax and dietary requirements. We reply within 24 hours with a costed quotation and the named restaurant list for every included dinner.
Confirm and contract. A USD 100 contract fee secures the booking and is fully credited against your final invoice.
Visa documentation. Japan-side paperwork for your clients’ visa files is issued within 2 working days of confirmation.
Pay in stages. 30% deposit within 3 working days, balance 45 days before departure, in JPY, USD or via Wise.
We run it on the ground. 24/7 operations with a named coordinator for your agency — never your client directly. Proposals are white-labelled under your agency’s branding.
FAQs for India agencies
Can you guarantee Jain and vegetarian meals throughout the itinerary?

Do you operate fixed-departure group series for Indian operators?
Yes — repeatable series with stable routing, licensed English-speaking guides, and FOC allocation of 1 complimentary place per 20 paying adults on land arrangements.
What is the payment schedule?
30% deposit within 3 working days of confirmation, balance 45 days before departure. We settle in JPY or USD by bank transfer, or via Wise.
