Japan DMC for Brazil
Net rates and FIT programming for Brazilian agencies — quoted for South America's single largest source of Japan-bound travellers.
How the Brazil market sells Japan
Brazil is South America's largest source market for Japan, with FIT and honeymoon travel leading demand. Clients often combine Japan with a wider Asia itinerary given the length of the journey, and increasingly build multi-city routing beyond Tokyo and Kyoto.
Cherry blossom season (late March-April) and winter illuminations (December-February) are the two strongest windows, with the weak yen extending demand across the calendar through 2026.
Well connected via major hub carriers through North America, Europe or the Middle East, with onward domestic connections across Japan for multi-city itineraries.
Fast, clear communication across the time-zone gap and confident guidance for a market still building its Japan expertise - clients value a DMC that explains logistics thoroughly rather than assuming prior familiarity.
How Brazilian agencies work with us
Send the brief. Client profile, dates, budget and must-haves. We reply with a complimentary first quotation, valid for 4 days from issue.
Confirm and contract. A USD 100 contract fee secures the booking and is fully credited against your final invoice.
Documentation. Passport copy, flight and hotel details - plus a visa copy or tax number only where required for your client’s nationality.
Pay in stages. 30% deposit within 3 working days of confirmation, balance due 45 days before departure.
We run it on the ground. 24/7 operations across Japan for the full itinerary, with a named point of contact for you throughout - never your client directly.
FAQs for Brazil agencies
How fast do you respond to a brief from a Brazilian agency?
Within 24 hours, every time. Your first enquiry receives a complimentary quotation valid for 4 days from issue, prepared by our Japan-based team.
What currency do you invoice Brazilian agencies in?
All rates are quoted net and non-commissionable. We settle in JPY or USD by bank transfer or Wise - whichever is easiest on your end.
Do you handle both FIT and group bookings from Brazil?
Both. Group bookings qualify for our FOC allocation - 1 complimentary place per 20 paying adults, 2 per 40 - on land arrangements.
Can you help clients unfamiliar with Japan travel logistics?
Yes - we walk agencies and their clients through visa, rail and on-ground logistics in plain terms, since this is often a newer market relationship for many of our Brazilian partners.
What is your cancellation policy?
45 days or more before travel: 20% of total tour cost. 22-44 days: 50%. 21 days or fewer: 100%. Full terms are in our Partner Policy.
Are you registered in Japan?
Yes - JATA Overseas Allied Member No. 43476, listed with JNTO, with 15+ years operating on the ground across Japan.
Service lines for Brazil agencies
