Japan DMC for USA
Net B2B rates, ski-to-city programming and 24-hour quotes - built for how American agencies are selling Japan right now.
How the USA market sells Japan
Ski and powder demand is the standout driver - American bookings for Japan snow trips have roughly trebled year on year, and the US became Niseko's largest annual foreign guest market for the first time. Alongside that, FIT and repeat clients are pushing past Tokyo-Kyoto into regional Japan and ryokan-onsen stays.
Ski season (December-April) is now the fastest-growing window, with Niseko and Hakuba both seeing surging American demand. Presidents' Week and spring break (February-March) add a second family-travel peak within the same season.
Nonstop service from LAX, SFO, JFK, ORD, SEA and HNL into Narita or Haneda on ANA, JAL, United and Delta, plus direct LAX-Kansai options for Osaka-first itineraries.
Fast, detailed English communication despite the time-zone gap, and secured inventory for peak ski weeks - Niseko's best chalets and Hakuba's top ryokan now sell out faster each season as US demand grows.

FAQs for USA agencies
How fast do you respond to a brief from a US agency?
Within 24 hours, every time. Your first enquiry receives a complimentary quotation valid for 4 days from issue, prepared by our Japan-based team regardless of time zone.
What currency do you invoice US agencies in?
All rates are quoted net and non-commissionable. We settle in JPY or USD by bank transfer or Wise - whichever is easiest on your end.
Do you handle both FIT and group bookings from the US?
Both. Group bookings qualify for our FOC allocation - 1 complimentary place per 20 paying adults, 2 per 40 - on land arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
45 days or more before travel: 20% of total tour cost. 22-44 days: 50%. 21 days or fewer: 100%. Full terms are in our Partner Policy.
How far ahead should winter and ski bookings be made?
As early as possible - Niseko and Hakuba inventory for December-February now sells out six to nine months out given the surge in North American demand. We hold allocations at key properties and recommend confirming ski-season briefs the moment dates are set.
Are you registered in Japan?
Yes - JATA Overseas Allied Member No. 43476, listed with JNTO. Our team brings 15+ years of travel industry experience to every itinerary.
Service lines for USA agencies
