Japan DMC for France
Gastronomy-led FIT programming and net rates for French agencies, with direct Paris–Narita access and 24/7 ground support.
How the France market sells Japan
Gastronomy, craft and design consistently outrank shopping for French clients. Many arrive already well-read on regional cuisine and traditional artisanship — one of the deepest pre-existing cultural affinities with Japan of any Western market.
Late March–April (cherry blossom) and late October–November (autumn foliage) are the main peaks, with a distinct August wave driven by the French national holiday month that most other European markets don't share.
Daily nonstop service from Paris CDG into both Narita and Haneda on Air France, ANA and JAL, plus one-stop options via the Gulf and Helsinki for regional French departures.
Depth of cultural and culinary programming, not just the standard sights. Kaiseki and chef-table experiences are frequently requested as the trip centerpiece.
How French agencies work with us
Send the brief. Client profile, dates, budget and must-haves. We reply with a complimentary first quotation, valid for 4 days from issue.
Confirm and contract. A USD 100 contract fee secures the booking and is fully credited against your final invoice.
Documentation. Passport copy, flight and hotel details — plus a visa copy or tax number only where required for your client’s nationality.
Pay in stages. 30% deposit within 3 working days of confirmation, balance due 45 days before departure.
We run it on the ground. 24/7 operations across Japan for the full itinerary, with a named point of contact for you throughout — never your client directly. Coordination in English, by WhatsApp and email, with proposals ready to share under your own agency’s branding.
