For FIT itineraries (1–8 guests), we return a fully costed proposal within 48 hours of receiving a complete client brief. For groups of 9 or more, allow 72 hours. Complex MICE programs may require 5 business days for a comprehensive proposal.
Absolutely. Many of our strongest trade partners came to us with little Japan experience. We provide full destination briefings, client fact sheets, and sales support materials to help you sell Japan with confidence.
We work with individual travellers through to groups of 200+. There is no minimum booking value for FIT travel. For MICE and incentive groups we typically work with budgets from ¥5,000,000 (approx. £25,000) upwards.
Yes. For established trade partners we can produce itinerary documents in your company branding — your logo, your colours, your language. This service is available on request after your first confirmed booking.
We have guides available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin and Arabic. English-speaking private guides are available in all major Japanese cities and most regional destinations. Please specify language requirements in your brief.
